Speaking to FEMAIL, Zoe explained: ‘When Luca was first diagnosed we ended up going from cream to cream to try and find something that worked for him and his skin.’
‘People don’t realise how stressful it is trying to find something to help soothe eczema. We tried so many creams and steroids over the years.’
Zoe joined Facebook support groups to speak to other parents who had children struggling with eczema where she learned about topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) and the symptoms that can come as a result.Pictured with eczema
Zoe then went from using cream to cream before a friend recommended MooGoo which she used on her family and kids with eczema.Luca is pictured now, aged three
‘At first, he had quite bad eczema on his face and neck. We were prescribed steroid creams which started to help, then if we stopped using them the skin would become even more red and hurt to touch.’
